What we process
NewBizFeed processes company-level information from official public registers including Companies House public data products, the Companies House company information stream, Companies House company record links, and CRO Open Data. This normally includes company name, company number, status, type, registered office/locality, industry code, incorporation date, source link and retrieval/update date. We do not sell director home-address lists, consumer data, private emails, scraped inboxes, or data that we know has been obtained unlawfully.
Why we process Companies House data
We use Companies House data to provide company-level search, filtering, categorisation, source attribution and CSV exports for lawful B2B research. Customers are buying convenience, filtering and workflow around official public-register records, not guaranteed buyers, marketing consent, private contact lists or outreach automation.
Lawful basis and personal data
Most records are about incorporated companies, but company records can sometimes contain personal data, for example where a registered office address identifies an individual. Where UK GDPR, EU GDPR or Irish data-protection law applies, users must have their own lawful basis for any processing or outreach they perform. NewBizFeed is a data-source and CSV export service, not an outreach platform.
Retention, review and suppression
We keep public-register records only for as long as they remain useful for the service, refresh data from official sources, and provide a review/suppression route. Suppression requests are reviewed against accuracy, safety, legal and public-register considerations.

Payments and accounts
Stripe processes subscription payments. We do not store full card details. Account/session data is used to provide access, exports and support.
